The Oliver Girls

I am Teresa Oliver, the wife of Pastor Richard Oliver.  I was born and raised in California. 

At the age of 13, I was at a charismatic youth camp where I walked down the aisle of salvation.  Shortly after, a Baptist preacher knocked on our door and invited us to church.  It was there we were rooted and grounded in the King James Bible, and my parents were called to Bible school.  Eventually they were called to the mission field and that is how I met my husband years later; he was their first convert in Johannesburg, South Africa.  Richard and I attended and graduated from Pensacola Bible Institute together.

I always loved the music I heard while there, and that is when I learned how to play the piano and eventually the guitar.  The Lord called me into the music ministry years ago, and I have done my best to teach each one of our children to sing and play for the Lord.  It has been my greatest desire to minister to God's people and to instill in our children the same desire.
